The Nomination and Remuneration Committee Charter is in accordance with OJK Regulation No. 34/2014, based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners Number 004/JHB/07/2025 dated July 9, 2025 concerning the Appointment of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, in order to realize effectiveness, the implementation of the functions of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee is carried out by the Board of Commissioners towards the management of the Company by the Board of Directors, especially in relation to matters such as determining the criteria for prospective members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors, determining the performance assessment system and its remuneration system because the implementation of the Nomination and Remuneration function is carried out by the Board of Commissioners.
